The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on BLACKTHORN & CROW (the “Website”) and your use of the Website itself. BLACKTHORN & CROW and www.blackthornandcrow.com is a brand, and the trading name of Bealtaine Studios. In these terms “we” refers to BLACKTHORN & CROW and “you” and “your” refers to any visitor to the Website or any BLACKTHORN & CROW customer. By entering into a transaction, you are agreeing upon the Terms and Conditions of Sale, also know as T&C's.
LEGAL DISCLAIMERS - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The rights in the designs and the content of this Website are owned by BLACKTHORN & CROW. They are protected by UK copyright law, and other intellectual property rights. You are not permitted not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, photograph, video, or any other means of digital capture, display any of the goods on this site, or at any outlet selling our branded t-shirts, nor any part of this site without prior licensing permission from the owners. Any breach of this may result in legal action. All commercial product licenses and rights are owned by BLACKTHORN & CROW ©2025.
HOW DO I PAY?
Our secure buying system is authorised via PayPal and Stripe. You will be taken to the payment page. Payment directly from your bank a/c via your card details. U.K postage is included. If you decide to cancel during the process, you will go to a cancellation page so you can be certain your order is not proceeding.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY T-SHIRT TO ARRIVE?
Orders are normally dispatched within 5-7 working days after payment, sometimes sooner! Please check the top of the "ABOUT" page or our social media for any special notices, or the side column regarding delivery. Expect delays during seasonally busy periods such as Christmas and New Year. We publish a cut-off point for Christmas orders, this is usually published on several places on our website, as well as our social media. Occasionally we do take holidays! Again, shop closures will be published on this website, and our social media sites. It is your responsibility to check that we are open for deliveries. as we are based in Northern Ireland, we are usually closed over the Christmas/New Year period and the Tweltfh fortnight. If you need it for a special occasion then please allow us reasonable time to process the order i.e. a couple of weeks notice at least. If it's a t-shirt emergency, then contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs! *N.B Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank/Public holidays. So if you order on Friday, the next working day will be Monday unless the Monday is a bank holiday. Also, we're not Amazon! If you order a t-shirt on Sunday night it probably won't be with you next day. Relax, put the kettle and be assured it will arrive within the aforementioned time.
HOW DO YOU SEND MY PURCHASE? All orders are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. Overseas orders are sent out Airmail Royal Mail. When ordering from overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. * Additional expenses from import duties and taxes may be applied upon arrival. This is your responsibility t0 pay any fees. Where free delivery is applicable, goods will be posted second class.
MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED?
In the event that any items are lost or damaged during transit, please email us immediately along with your order details via the contact page on this site. Royal Mail require 15 working days (from the postal date) before they consider an item lost. It is also worth checking with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the parcel. - Your item will by dispatched to the address used at check out. - We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address. - We are not responsible for items you forget to collect it in time from Royal Mail. Item(s) returned to us will incur an additional fee for re posting.
VOUCHER CODES
Voucher, promotion or discount codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. If you forgot to apply your voucher code, we cannot apply it to that order, or amend your payment once the order has been placed.
RETURNS GENERAL
As per UK distance selling regulations, we can only accept items returned to us within 7 days from the date your order was delivered. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. Please don’t use scissors to open your package, you are able to just tear the packaging open. Returns with scissor marks will not be accepted. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale. Please be very careful when trying products on, for example, please ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant which may leave marks on the product as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains. Please thoroughly inspect any item you order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty. Delivery charges are non refundable. A polite request, please fold returned items neatly before sending them back to us.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please contact us via e-mail before posting. Returned item(s) are your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we do recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. As soon as we receive your returned item we will organize the exchange or refund for you and email you to let you know that this has been arranged.
REFUNDS & PARTIAL REFUNDS Refunds are made minus any PayPal fees. All postage is non-refundable. As per Pay Pal merchant agreement, a refund takes 5-7 working days to reach your account.
I HAVE RECEIVED AN FAULTY
If the item you received is faulty, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please use the contact form quoting your name, order number, and details of the product received. We will then advise on how to proceed. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please contact us via the contact page quoting your name, order number and details of the incorrect product received. We will then advise on how to proceed. You have 7 days from receipt of the incorrect item to return it to us.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. BLACKTHORN & CROW reserves the right to cancel you order at any time. A refund will be made in accordance with the Pay Pal checkout Terms and Conditions. We view fraud extremely seriously. In order to protect the buyer/seller relationship, if we suspect an order has been placed fraudulently, e.g. a Pay Pal case of non-delivery has been opened within an unreasonable delivery period (i.e. less than a week), or you have requested the items be dispatched to an address that does not correspond the verified Pay Pal account address, the order will be cancelled, and refunded in accordance with Pay Pal's refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Norn Iron T-Shirts for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s) by post to the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 7 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
BLACKTHORN & CROW will not accept any responsibility for any variation in shade, material or composition shown within our website. Cancelled orders are only permitted with prior authorisation of BLACKTHORN & CROW . We have the right to refuse to accept a cancelled order for any reason and as such the customer is responsible for all cost and the items are deemed non-returnable for any reason. Website colours should be used as a guide only.
DATA PROTECTION
Your data will it be sold or passed on to any third party. Should you choose to subscribe to our mailing list, you are free to unsubscribe at anytime.
